Come As You Are. Leave Feeling Seen.
Wondrous Guide is a boutique firm offering spiritual guidance for teams and the leaders who hold them.
Burnout rarely announces itself. It shows up as distance in meetings, decisions made from exhaustion and good people quietly holding hurt they have nowhere to set down.
Workshops and wellness perks often skim the surface. What your team needs is a space safe enough to tell the truth and guidance steady enough to move through it. That’s where lasting confidence and clarity come from, for each person and for the organization as a whole.
This work is not coaching. Kia Hasani’s guidance comes from a spiritual connection she is uniquely tapped into. It’s grounded in more than 20 years of lived wisdom and 10 years of public practice guiding others.
When You Reach Out
You might choose this work when:
someone has been lost, and the team is grieving
trust between people has been wounded
good people are burning out quietly
leadership is changing, and everyone feels it
someone is carrying the weight of leading without knowing yet that they're a leader
You don’t need to have the words for it. That’s where we begin.
The Day Retreat
It's a full day away from the noise, held on-site or at a place of your choosing. Your people set down what they've been carrying, reconnect with themselves and one another, and return with a clarity that stays long after the day ends.
The Group Session
This is an intimate, guided gathering for teams ready to go deeper together. It's honest and grounded, and held with care from beginning to end.
Every engagement is shaped around your team. Let's begin with a conversation.
“I’ve worked with Hasani in both a personal and professional setting as well as in her group meditations, always feeling safe in the space she creates. Very thankful for the ways she has helped me create new outcomes in situations where I’ve felt stagnant.”
“Kia has a gift for active listening and facilitating meaningful conversations. She creates a warm, welcoming space that brings out the authentic self in everyone, encouraging genuine connection, reflection, and gratitude.”
“You hold space without judgment, you approach things from a grounded place, and offer new insights and perspectives that I can reflect on. I truly feel like I could talk to you about anything.”
Kia Hasani holds a certification in meditation practice and teaching from George A. Boyd, MA, founder of the Mudrashram® Institute of Spiritual Studies. She also serves as a volunteer mediator with the Office of the Los Angeles City Attorney Dispute Resolution Program.
